We are pleased to let you know that we have secured the Canberra High School Hall on the
evening of Monday, 6 June 2022, starting at 6:30 PM for our annual awards presentation day and Annual General Meeting.
Snack foods and drinks will be available so to assist us with planning for the event we would greatly appreciate it if families can RSVP with how many people will be attending. At this stage we do not have any restrictions on
numbers so hope to see as many families on the night as possible.

As always, we ask parents and carers to consider volunteering for a committee position or
non-committee volunteering role for the 2022-23 season. We warmly welcome new
committee members and all volunteers – your help is invaluable and keeps us running as a
viable club.
This year we have drafted a Committee nomination form, which includes descriptions of all
the roles, to assist with your consideration of nominating for a Committee Position. If you
have any questions or would like to submit your completed nomination form please email
