Safety Plan
BLAC meets on Saturday mornings at Cook oval, commencing in October and concluding in March, with a break over the Christmas holidays.
The Meet Schedule below includes the dates of BLAC meets and information on ACT Carnivals and championships.
Children in the 7-17 year age groups participate in 5 events each week, with the 6 year age group participating in games-based athletic activities for the first few weeks. The Event Programs below detail what events each age undertake in each of the four programs. One program per meet cycling throughout the season.
Again, please note that the 6 year age group do not follow these programs for the first few weeks as they learn the basic techniques.
